Each conference offers a variety of special-needs services, and all the events are equipped to offer handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility. Services to the deaf will be available if your request is submitted four weeks prior to the conference to our National Conference Director. For additional services, please call the HOST church to discuss your special needs.
It’s up to your discretion due to COVID-19. If you have a daughter who is over eleven, she might enjoy this event, but would need to wear a mask. This event is for women, but not young children; childcare is not provided.
This is a women’s event and all of the facilities are structured to cater to women. On occasion, you’ll see a few men in the audience and that’s okay with us.
Women of all ages will be present, so we recommend that you wear a mask, bring a sweater; if you’re usually warm, layer so you can be comfortable. We recommend long pants, jeans or a skirt, and comfortable shoes.

During break or at the end of the conference and as time permits Jennifer and her friends will be available for signing and photo opportunities.

Yes, every volunteer will need to purchase an event ticket for either Friday or Saturday. But, volunteers will receive early admission and a small gift in appreciation of your service.
No, you will purchase your ticket and serve on the day you are attending, unless otherwise indicated when assigned to a team.

Fresh Grounded Faith Events often sell out. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure a seat. Your ticket will be in the form of a wristband, which you will need to wear throughout the event.
There are no per ticket fees on any group orders. There is a small per ticket fee for individual orders under 10 tickets.
Print out the PDF ticket attached to your confirmation email (or show it on your smartphone) to the FGF Tent located (in most situations) outside the event main entrance. You will exchange your printed ticket for a wristband that will allow you entry into the event.
Yes, when you purchase 10 or more tickets at once, you will get a special group ticket price.

This is a general seating event. We encourage your group to arrive early in order to sit near each other due to social distancing.

Tickets to the conference are non-refundable but fully transferable to another woman at this event. In the event the conference is postponed, we will offer a 30-day refund window.
