Our Ticket Options Due to Exceptional Circumstances Caused by COVID-19

No. Only FGF Events that were postponed due to the exceptional circumstances caused by COVID-19 are refundable. These tickets are also transferable to the rescheduled FGF Event, or they are transferable to another person. See our list of events and rescheduled events here:

You are generous; we are grateful. COVID-19 has unsettled many spiritually and financially. Sometimes it might be easier to donate your ticket(s) to a woman or teenager in need who can attend the rescheduled event. We will see to it that the HOST CHURCH or CO-HOST CHURCH knows there are scholarship tickets available due to your generosity. Simply call us at 417-888-2067 and let us know your name and we will be sure to make that ticket available ticket to someone in need. If you prefer, just email us at wecare@jenniferrothschild.com

You may transfer your ticket to the same FGF Event that was postponed without doing anything. Just show up with your wristband or scannable ticket to the rescheduled FGF Event. If you want to transfer your ticket to another person, you simply forward by email or give your ticket or wristband to another person. However, in both cases, it must be used for the RESCHEDULED FGF Event.

Requests for refunds must have been received no later than April 30, 2020.
